Over the next few weeks and term parents will receive an email from SIMS asking them to register for a new app called SIMS Parent. This is our new method for updating records at the school following changes to data compliance (GDPR). The app allows you to make changes to addresses, update consents and inform us of allergies etc.

You will be able to see data we hold on our system for each child and you can then ensure it is kept up to date.  This will replace the annual data collection forms which are sent out in the Autumn term.

We will be launching this by year group starting with EYFS going up the school starting today. We will also let you know via Parentpay when your year group is due to go live.  If you do not receive the email from SIMS please speak to the office.

So what to do 

Log into your app store and download the app called SIMs Parent. This has a purple logo with an outline of a boy and girl.  Once this has been completed wait for the email via the school (SIMS) with how to link the app to your child.
