Our Local Governing Board (LGB) is a committee of the full board of trustees of Success Academy Trust and is not its own legal entity. The level of delegation to Local Governing Boards is kept under review by the Trustee board and may be varied through schemes of delegation, policies and procedures and amendments to the terms of reference.
